Brig. Gen. Michael T. Morrissey, the commander of the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command, passes the brigade colors to Col. Patrick Costello during the unit’s reactivation ceremony on Camp Zama, Japan, Oct. 31. After uncasing the unit’s colors Morrissey then transferred assumption of command of the unit to Costello.
