Home urine test. Home test kit for testing urine for signs of diabetes, kidney problems and urinary tract infections. The dipstick is immersed in urine and compared to the colour chart. The colours show the concentrations of glucose, ketones, nitrite, proteins, blood cells, and a number of other substances in the urine. High levels of glucose and ketones in the urine are symptoms of diabetes. High concentrations of blood cells and other substances may indicate infection or kidney problems.
