RED OR AMBER. Agawam—(Roger's Xo. 15.) Berries very large, with thick skin; pulp soft, sweet and sprightly; very vigorous; ripens early. Brighton—Bunch large, well formed; berries above medium to large, round; excellent flavor and quality, one of the earliest in ripening. Catawba—Berries large, round: when fully ripe of a dark copper color, with sweet, rich musky flavor. Requires a long season to arrive at full maturity. Delaware—Bunches small, compact, shouldered: berries rather small, round, skin thin: light red; flesh very juicy, sweet, spicy and delicious. Brilliant—A remarkably handsome sort, about the size of Concord. Skin thin, translucent, brilliant in color; excellent qual- ity, healthy foliage, pro- ductive. Strong grower. 1 yr., 35c.
