Pre WW1. Summer camp under canvas. Around this time three quarters of U Company were from the Arts Faculty. The remainder were studying law, science, medicine and agriculture. Senior medical students tended to move to the AUOTC Medical Contingent after it formed in 1912. Not until 1924 would Aberdeen get approval for an Infantry UOTC contingent.
