Now have agreed to build, and diderect and build the said meeting house, on the following de-scribed piece or parcel of land, for the purpose of Publicworship in the second Story, and for a School to be taught inthe first Story of said house as aforesaid, Agreeably to theirwritten and verbal contract made as follows, in writing, saysthat the said Jacob Royer
