Abandoned northern reaches of the Lancaster Canal near Sedgwick, Cumbria, UK
The bridge in the middle distance was part of the Lancaster Canal that connected Preston and Kendal. The section in the image is part of the Northern Reaches and has been abandoned since the M6 motorway was built in the 1960s and much of the canal bed is no longer watered.
