Master at Arms 1st Class William Casselle of USS Mesa Verde (LPD 19), demonstrates an arm manipulation technique on Gunnery Sgt. Adaecus G. Brooks, combat camera chief of the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), during a non-lethal class as part of master-at-arms training aboard the amphibious transport dock ship May 17, 2017. The 24th MEU is underway with the Bataan Amphibious Ready Group in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 6th Fleet area of operations.
