Staff Sgt. Daniel Rhodes’s, a member of the 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment shooting team, name is engraved on the Gunner’s Trophy and showcased during the Marine Corps Marksmanship Competition, Pacific awards ceremony, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), Nov. 3, 2017. Rhodes earned the first gold pistol badge for pistol and second gold badge for rifle, as well as the Gunner’s Trophy in the competition.
