A postponed meeting of the Tri-City Florists' Club was held at the Rock Island Club house Friday, January 9, with Joseph Tuckis as host and a fair attendance. N. A. Larson and Victor De Lascaille were elected to membership by unani- mous vote of the club. A plan to have the combined exhibits of the fall show of the Society of Iowa Florists and of the Iowa State Horticultural Society held at Davenport was taken up and a committee of William Goos, H. G. Pauli, C. O. E. Boehm, Harry Bills and R. M. C. Rohlfs was appointed to con- sult with the commercial clubs of Dav- enport in regard to this plan. Supper was served and a vote of thanks was ex- tended to Joseph Tuckis for his hospital- ity. The next meeting will be held at the residence of William Knees, at Moline, February 12. W. G.
