This variety is, without question, the earliest large Sweet Corn yet introduced, being only a few days later than the first early small sorts. Ears nearly as large as the Mammoth twelve- rowed; pure white kernels, with medium sized white cob; very sweet, tender, and full of milk, yielding from two to three ears to the stalk. This variety is more largely planted than any other, being the general favoritte with canners and market gar- deners for late use.
