Choroiditis. Fundoscopy image of the retina of 20-year-old man's eye in a case of choroiditis. The retina is the light-sensitive layer at the back of the eye. Choroiditis is the inflammation of the choroid, the vascular coating of the eye. If the retina is also involved, it is known as chorioretinitis. This condition is also a form of posterior uveitis.
