An extraction team from the California Air National Guard’s 129th Air Rescue Wing shields itself from the rotor wash of a UH-60 Black Hawk taking off Nov. 17 at Federal Emergency Management Agency Headquarters, California Task Force I, Los Angeles, during Vigilant Guard 17.
