As some of you may know, I take most of my photos with a Sigma 12-24mm lens. I love shooting at an ultra-wide angle. You are able to get so much into the frame (which is a good and bad thing) but it does cause the typical wide angle distortion. Some photographers hate the effect but I like it. Things towards the edge of the photo become HUGE and the points in the centre become tiny. As you can see here it also bends straight lines inwards. People have said that St Stephen’s clock tower (aka Big Ben) is leaning but I promise you that this is a slight exageration in the photo.
