SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 2, 2014) Mineman Seaman Andrew Handley, from Stroud, Okla., removes excess snow from a snow sculpture he is helping to build, Feb. 2, 2014. Handley is a member of the 2014 Navy Misawa Snow Team, which is taking part in the 65th annual Sapporo Snow Festival. This is the 31st year that Naval Air Facility Misawa and its tenant commands have sent a delegation of Sailors to the festival to create a sculpture.
