The day of September 18th was devoted to the dedication of State monu-ments. These exercises were participated in by the Governors of the vari-ous States interested and their staffs, together with the State monumentcommissions. At the same time there were numerous regimental and severalbrigade reunions and large assemblages of the National Guard in connect-ion with these State dedications. The latter took place as follows: 10 a. in., Michigan, at Snodgrass Hill. 11 a. m., Missouri, at Brothertons. 12 m., Ohio, at Snodgrass p. m., Illinois, at Lytle Hill. 2 p. , Minnesota, at Snodgrass Hill. 2 p. m., Indiana, at Gave Spring. 12 m., Wisconsin, at Kelleys field. 4 p. m., Massachusetts, at Orchard Knob.
