Bramble shoot moth
The bramble shoot (Notocelia uddmanniana) moth is a member of the Tortricidae family. The flight period is usually June and July. An easily distinguishable species with the chocolate brown blotch that occurs in western Europe and areas surrounding the mediterranean. The larvae feed on mainly bramble and other rubus species. Photographed in Somerset, UK, in June.
