Onthe very spot where the human sacrificeswere formerly offered, our chapel 1901 we had only eight members in theAshanti mission; at the end of 1910 wehad 1,267 with nearly 200 under instruc-tion for baptism. Kumassi is still far frombeing Christian, but it offers a field ofexceptional promise.
