SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Oct. 31, 2016) - Royal Cambodian Navy sailors demonstrate a takedown maneuver on Marine Cpl. Garrett Konecny, assigned to 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, during security training for Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia, 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the Navy, Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
