Soldiers based at one of the many military bases in the Washington DC area do early morning training around the Lincoln Memorial and Reflecting Pool in Washington DC.

The Lincoln Memorial sits on the western end of the National Mall in Washington DC, facing directly east. It is at one end of the Reflecting Pool, a long, shallow water feature that, in still conditions, provides a perfect reflection of the Memorial. The Lincoln Memorial is in tribute to President Abraham Lincoln, the 16th President of the United States. Construction tool place from 1914 to 1922. Photo by David Coleman / HaveCameraWillTravel
