Dispatcher Jimmy Neff is back at Chilli-cothe at his old job. J. C. Watkins, tonnage clerk at Chillicothe,has been promoted to the position of fuel in-spector of lines west of the Ohio River. Healso accepted the hand of Miss Mabel Heis,of Fifth Street, Chillicothe, and they werehappily married in October. Mr. Wilkins isfortunate indeed in having all this good luckhappen to him at the same time and congratu-lations are in order.
