Secretary Ebel read the minutes of the last annual meeting, and of the executive committee, which were ac- cepted. In a felicitous address. Presi- dent Logan briefly reviewed the work of the past year and looked forward to continued and increased prosperity for the organization. Secretary Ebel's annual report was most gratifying.
