Four British women, Natalia Cohen, Laura Penhaul, Emma Mitchell and Isabel Burnham plan in April 2015 to begin an epic six month crossing of the Pacific Ocean unsupported, in their pink rowing boat Doris. Their voyage departing from San Francisco, will see them making only two stop-offs, the first at Hawaii and the second at Samoa before their final leg to Cairns in are undertaking their challenge to raise funds for Walking with the Wounded and Breast Cancer Care charities, and invite the public to "buy a mile" of their 8,446 mile an event in Marlow, they offered the public an opportunity to see their boat. Several Olympic rowers were on hand to lend their support including Olympic gold medallist Heather Stanning, Paralympian Naomi Riches and women's multiple Olympian rowing legend Katherine Grainger.
