The dress is one of the 60+ boxes of Christmas gifts sent to Vietnam by people in Colfax, Washington. The 13th Interrogation Team, led by Capt. Merrill Bartlett, requested these gifts for the children in the country. The team is based in An Hoa, which is home to Task Force Yankee commanded by Assistant Commander Ben R. T. Dwyer of the 1st Marine Division."
