The boring tool used does not differ greatly in principle fromthe former two-in-one tool designed by the Davis Boring ToolCompany of St. Louis, which has made such a wonderful im-provement in the output of car wheel boring machines. Thesetools are fitted with two cutters, each being arranged for mi-crometer adjustment. The lower one is a roughing tool, and YOKE RIVETER.
