Sexual paplHce. — They are prominently projecting in all the speci- mens in the collection. The structure of the penial bulb differs little or not at all from that found in other species, except in so far as the bulb seems to be capable of being greatly protruded. Septal glands. — These glands, which are of large size, are clus- tered around the septa separating somites IV/V, V/VI and VI/VII. Brain. — This organ varies considerably as regards width.
