India's infrastructure major Hindustan Construction Company, along with United Kingdom company Halcrow, is executing the 330 mw Kishanganga hydroelectric power project in the region The Hague’s Permanent Court of Arbitration that the project is violating the Indus Water Treaty and infringing on Islamabad’s water rights.
