SEA (March 14, 2018) The Romanian navy frigate Regele Ferdinand (F-221) steams alongside the Harpers Ferry-class dock landing ship USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) during a visit, board search and seizure exercise as part of exercise Spring Storm 2018. Spring Storm is a Romanian-led exercise in the Black Sea to enhance amphibious operations and staff interoperability between Romanian and naval forces.
