Erica Christensen hosts a neurotrophic art for a mindfulness class in St. Paul., Oct. 16, 2022. Air Force Airmen from the 133rd Airlift Wing attended Wingman Day, which started with a relay race consisting of the teams from each group. After the race was complete, the Airmen attended different sessions held around the base that focused on the five pillars of resiliency.
