Marines convoy to a new defensive position March 13, 2017, inside the Arctic Circle of Norway. Marine Rotational Force Europe (MRF-E) participated in Exercise Joint Viking. The position in Norway leverages their maritime expeditionary capabilities and those of their British, Norwegian and Dutch allies more expediently.
