Expedition 59 David Saint-Jacques of the Canadian Space Agency inside the Quest airlock at the beginning of his first spacewalk at the International Space Station April 8, 2019 in Earth Orbit. Astronauts McClain and Hague spent six-hours and 30-minutes outside the space station to upgrade the power supply for the Canadian-built robotic arm, known as Canadarm2, and installed cables to provide for more expansive wireless communications coverage outside the orbital complex.
