An imposing mass of grey aluminium, the Tete au Carre ("squared head"), a monumental 27-metre tall work by sculptor Sacha Sosno, contains the administrative offices for the Bibliotheque municipale a vocation regionale (municipal library). The library is a 8000 square metre underground high-tech cathedral to books, music and multimedia, as well as a unique art library.
