Busby serves onboard Nitze as a quartermaster and is responsible for assisting the officer of the deck, making celestial observations and plotting courses. Nitze, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
