On Awards.—Appointed by the President, consisting of twelve Commissioners; author-ized to meet at the call of the Chairman, and have charge of the subject of awards, and who, inconnection with the Director-General, select and appoint the Board of Judges, subject to theapproval of the Commission. Said Committee is empowered to employ a secretary at a salarynot to exceed 85,000 per annum.
