The Armed Services Blood Bank Center in Europe hosts a blood drive at the Memorial Fitness Center on Rose Barracks, Germany, Dec. 12, 2017. Of those donating, was Staff Sgt. Diego Garcia, a section chief for Bulldog Battery, Field Artillery Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment. Garcia has donated blood twice through the Armed Services Blood Program since being stationed at Rose Barracks.
