Bud Bongao or Bongao Peak is a holy place for Muslim in Tawi-Tawi where they worship, meditate and pray. Tombs of Muslim priest (imam) and Muslim Shrines are situated at the mountain. Every weekend, Muslim families trek the 314 meters high mountain as form of their penance and way of asking Allah for opulence in their lives.
