It is ITU s. riCI JJUIIL JrlLfl gall* asport from Madame Cusin, and is in ever}'way very much superior to that variety, being a mucli more robust grower; the flowers are very much larger, and verjr double; many of the flowers measure 4>£ inches through when in perfection, it has much larger foliage than its parent; and is also much more prolific; the petals are broad and massive; the color is intensely bright cerise or rose-pink. It has received special certificates of merit wherever exhibited. Dean Hole, of Rochester, Kiigland, the King of Rosarians, says it is the finest and most perfect Tea Rose he has ever seen. Mr. Thorley, the leading New York florist, says: " It is the most beautiful Rose in form, color, and fragrance I have ever ; Notwithstanding the very high price at which this Rose was offered last, year, there was not enough stock to meet the demand. This year, with large stocks and much lower prices, it will undoubtedly be very extensively planted.
