SAN DIEGO (April 21, 2017) Sailors from various commands in the San Diego area sprint to compete in the 400-yard dash during the third annual Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Cup. More than 650 Sailors from 28 commands participated in this year’s SAPR Cup competition to further educate, promote SAPR awareness and culture of professionalism.
