Cutlets at Falaknuma Palace in Hyderabad. The city's cuisine is a mix of Arabic, Mughal and Turkish known locally as Deccani.

A rambling scorpion shaped mansion meaning “mirror of the sky”, Falaknuma Palace was built as a fantasy of 19th century European style. Built in 1884 by then prime minister of Hyderabad, Sir Viqar ul-Umra, Falaknuma was better known as the residence of the seventh Nizam of Hyderbad and once richest man in the world, Sir Mir Osman Ali Khan Bahadur. It was restored in 2010 and opened as a luxury hotel by Taj Hotels and Resorts.
