Parts of this Carboniferous limestone ridge on Bryn Alyn, North Wales, UK, have been worn away to form an expanse of pavement where limestone blocks (clints) are divided by channels known as grikes. It is an 'international treasure', an SSSI and part of the Clwydian Range AONB. 6 may 2003
