The road is worthy of the richscenic and mineral attractions to which itleads. The roadbed is of an ideal char-acter, the track is made up of 75-poundsteel laid on broad ties as numerous ascould be put in, ballasted with disintegrat-ed granite. The vice-president. Mr. Will- iam Lennox, an Iowa man, is exceeding-ly proud of the road, and he has goodcause for being so. Mr. Lennox left afarm in Iowa thirty years ago to seekhealth in Colorado, and, like manyothers with the farmer training, he foundboth health and fortune.
