A percussion pistol, Johann Adam Kuchenreuter in Regensburg, circa 1830/40. Octagonal barrel with an eight-groove rifled bore in mm calibre, the signature, "J. Adam Kuchenreuter à Regensburg" inlaid in gold on top of the barrel, and finely engraved decorative scrolls on the barrel root. Stamped "ELG" on the side. The adjustable rear sight mounted on the tang, which is engraved with the number "2". Percussion lock with an engraved lock plate and a pivoting nipple protector. Double set trigger.
