The cars are being built by the Kuhlman Company, ofCleveland, and the Niles Car & Manufacturing Company,of Niles, Ohio, and will be finished in steam railroad style. A telephone despatching system is to be used, and thesub-stations attendants will receive messages from thedespatcher and deliver them to the train crews.
