Many persons object to building two family houses on account of the appearance. Not so withthis design. In no way has it the appearance of anything except a substantial residence. It will rent faster and at a higher price than anyordinary double house. The two floors are identical in arrangement with the exception that, the space upstairs over the vestibule at mainentrance and reception hall adjoining, is used for a small bedroom.
