Air Force Lt. Col. Scott Boatright gazes through the hangar door after completing his final flight in an A-10C Thunderbolt II aircraft Jan. 24, 2023, at the 122nd Fighter Wing, Fort Wayne, Indiana. While this is the final flight of his military career, Lt. Col. Boatright continues to fly commercial airplanes when not actively serving with the Indiana Air National Guard.
