Bronze Statue of Omura Masujiro at Yasukuni Jinja in Tokyo.


This is said to be first bronze statue in Japan of Vice-Minister of War, Omura Masujiro. Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo, Japan was established to honor the achievement of those who dedicated their precious life for their country. The name "Yasukuni," is given by the Emperor Meiji and it represents wishes for preserving peace for the nation.
