Employees at Boxwoods flower shop in London prepare for one of the busiest weeks of the year.

London Ontario, Canada - April 3, 2012. Lauren Schell, 27, prepares a bouquet of flowers for sale inside Boxwoods. Owned by David Friesen, 49, Bowood's is located on Richmond Row. As a florist Friesen and his staff will often spend between four to six hours a day "cleaning" flowers before they are displayed for sale. By investing the time to prepare his product it will last longer when it is on display in his customers home or office. The business has been in operation for 10 years in the same location and while Friesen thinks it would be a "shame" if city council goes ahead with the proposed increase in metered parking he knows that his customers can park worry free in one of the six parking spots located behind his store.
