The Unknown Sailor
A statue depicting a single sailor represent those who left from mainland Greece and the Islands to work away at sea. Beneath the figure is a poem of commemoration by the well know Greek Poet Nikos imposing stylized figure stands beside the sea in the port at Sami on the Eastern side of Kefalonia.
