Unfortunately they seldomdo, and in consequence the poor arebuying a food which is very expensivefor the amount of nutrition containedin it, and which is also quite unsuitedto the needs of young children. Thismust be stopped and all encouragementgiven them to buy clean, fresh milk, butthis cannot be successful until publicconfidence in milk is restored. If peoplecan be assured that the milk they aregetting is the clean and wholesome foodthey want to give their children and hasnot been ruined by having dirty milkadded to it, they will buy mu
