Planted in the open border in the spring, it will produce its handsome, large, creamy-yellow flowers very freely, and in the fall may be stored in a dormant condition ready to again plant out in the spring. It is a remarkably strong-growing variety, and even when out of bloom, its rich, dark green foliage, which is distinctly and freely spotted and blotched with white, makes it at all times a conspicuous and most attractive subject in the garden.
