Fruit large, globular in shape, with purplish red skin and dark blood-red flesh, which is firm, juicy, and well flavored. Ripens about three weeks earlier than Kelsey, and is a desirable variety. Wild Goose. Fruit large, oblong ; skin bright red ; flesh juicy, sweet, and of ex- cellent quality ; cling. June. Tree \ igorous and prolific. A' showy fruit ; very profitable for early shipment. Should not be allowed to hang on the tree too long, as it is much better when house-ripened. An American or native Plum. Orange's Cherry Plum.
